All Holland Bar Stool products are custom-made to order. If a customer decides to return a product for any reason other than damage or a manufacturing defect, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to the product purchase price, and shipping charges will not be refunded. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and refunds will not be issued until the product has been received and inspected at our factory. Customers must contact Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving their product to request an RMA number, as no returns will be accepted without one. Refunds will only be issued once the returned item is confirmed to be in brand-new, re-sellable condition.
