At Holland Bar Stool Co., we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition. To guarantee the best experience, please review the following policies regarding damaged, defective, or unwanted products.

Inspect Your Product Upon Arrival

It is essential to inspect your product upon delivery. Any claims for damage or defects must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. If an issue is found, contact Customer Service immediately. In many cases, we can provide replacement parts or service as needed.

Defective or Damaged Products

Holland Bar Stool Co. reserves the right to determine the best resolution, which may include:
Replacing the damaged part
Replacing the entire product
Issuing a refund

To assess the best solution, we require clear photos of the damage/defect, as well as any damage to the packaging. If we request the return of the damaged product for inspection, it must be sent back within 14 days.

Return Authorization (RMA #) Requirement

All returns must be accompanied by an RMA #, which can only be provided by our Customer Service department. Returns without an RMA # will not be accepted.

Buyer’s Remorse & Non-Defective Returns

All Holland Bar Stool Co. products are custom-made to order. If a customer wishes to return a product for any reason other than damage or manufacturing defect, the following applies:

  • A 20% restocking fee will be charged based on the product’s purchase price.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • The product must be received at our factory in brand-new, re-sellable condition before a refund is issued.
  • Customer Service must be contacted within 48 hours of receipt to request an RMA #.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The RMA # must be included (issued by Customer Service)
✔ The item must be new/unused
✔ All original accessories, parts, and packaging must be included and securely packed
