If you have any questions during assembly or need replacement hardware, our customer support team is here to help. Please contact us before making any modifications to the product.

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.

  • Inspect all cartons before signing for the shipment.
  • If you notice visible damage, ask the carrier to inspect the package before accepting delivery.
  • If the product is damaged, refuse delivery whenever possible.
  • If the shipment was delivered without a signature or damage is discovered after delivery, notify both the freight carrier and Holland Game Room within 24 hours and provide photographs of the damaged product and packaging.

Important: Please retain all original packaging until your product has been fully inspected and assembled. Replacement parts or product exchanges may require the original packaging.
