Shipping Inspection

Please inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives.

  • Carefully inspect the cartons before signing for delivery.
  • If the packaging appears damaged, ask the carrier to inspect the shipment before accepting it.
  • If the product itself is damaged, refuse delivery whenever possible.
  • If your order was delivered without a signature or damage is discovered after delivery, notify both the freight carrier and Holland Game Room within 24 hours and provide photos of the damaged product and packaging.

In many cases, we can resolve shipping damage quickly by sending replacement parts instead of requiring a complete return.

Please do not discard the original packaging until your product has been fully inspected and assembled.


Return Policy

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by our Customer Service Department before a product is returned.

To qualify for a return, products must:

  • Be in like-new, unused condition.
  • Be returned in the original packaging.
  • Include all hardware, instructions, and accessories.
  • Pass inspection upon arrival at our facility.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately. Depending on the situation, we may provide replacement parts, replace the product, or authorize another appropriate resolution.

Non-Defective Returns

Because each Holland Game Room bar stool is built specifically for your order, non-defective returns must be requested within 24 business hours of delivery.

Approved returns are subject to:

  • A 20% restocking fee
  • Customer-paid return freight
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Refunds are issued after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved.
