It's the responsibility of the buyer to fully inspect products and call both the freight carrier and dealer within 24 business hours of delivery to notify of any possible returns due to damage in shipment. If a package arrives damaged don't sign for it and ask to inspect it before signing for it. If the product is damaged don't accept delivery from the carrier. In the event that the product was left at the door the customer must call prior to returning product with reason for return and will be asked to send photos of the damage. If possible we will send out replacement parts or send out a new product. No returns will be accepted without a RMA # from our customer service department. Product must be like new and are subject to our inspection before a credit is given. DO NOT THROW AWAY ANY PACKAGING - product must be in new, original condition, packaged in original packaging and include all tags and paperwork that accompanied it.
Non-defective returns must call us within 24 business hours to qualify to return and will be assessed a 20% restocking fee plus original shipping. Product returns for non-defective merchandise must be shipped back with freight prepaid by customer, freight is non-refundable. When we receive the product back we will credit you card back with the appropriate funds.
