Holland Bar Stool takes all precautions to ensure your products arrive in excellent condition. It is very important that you inspect your product upon arrival. Claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt. If any damage is found, contact Customer Service. In many cases, we can provide replacement parts or service as needed. At the discretion of Holland Bar Stool, we may replace the damaged part, replace the complete product, or issue a refund. To help us determine the best resolution, we require photos of the damage or defect and, when applicable, any packaging damage. If we request that the damaged item be returned for inspection, it must be returned within 14 days of the request. All returns must include a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which can only be issued by our Customer Service Department. All Holland Bar Stool products are custom-made to order. If a customer decides to return a product for any reason other than damage or a manufacturing defect, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to the product purchase price, and shipping charges will not be refunded. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and refunds will not be issued until the product has been received and inspected at our factory. Customers must contact Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving their product to request an RMA number, as no returns will be accepted without one. Refunds will only be issued once the returned item is confirmed to be in brand-new, resellable condition. To qualify for a return, the product must be in new, unused condition, include all accessories and parts, and be securely packed in the original packaging with the RMA number clearly included.
